The terms governing your use of the Traffic.Club platform and services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Traffic.Club website and the advertising, domain brokerage, marketplace, auction and appraisal services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Traffic.Club provides, through this website and over the internet: advertising services and the transmission of online publicity for third parties; domain brokerage services for selected clients; a searchable marketplace and commercial information directory for buying and selling domain names; the organization of online auctions; and analyses and appraisals of websites and domain names. We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time.
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the Services only for lawful purposes.
If you connect domains for advertising, you represent that you own or are authorized to monetize them. We display advertising and transmit online publicity for third parties on those domains and share revenue with you as described in your account. Advertisers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their campaigns and creatives.
Our brokerage service is offered to selected clients. When you engage Traffic.Club as a broker, you authorize us to represent you in sourcing, valuing and negotiating the purchase or sale of domain names on the agreed terms. Brokerage engagements are subject to the commission and exclusivity terms disclosed to you, and Traffic.Club does not guarantee that any acquisition or sale will be completed. You confirm you have the right to buy or sell the domains concerned.
Listings, bids and offers made through the marketplace or auctions are binding commitments to transact at the stated terms. Sellers must have the right to sell the listed domain. Traffic.Club may charge commissions or fees as disclosed at the time of a transaction, and is not a party to the underlying sale between buyer and seller except where expressly stated.
Appraisals and valuations are estimates provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee any sale price or future value. You should not rely on an appraisal as the sole basis for a transaction.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that policy.
Applicable fees, brokerage commissions and payout terms are described in your account or engagement terms. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Services or earnings on the platform.
TRAFFIC.CLUB and the Traffic.Club logo are trademarks of Traffic.Club used in commerce in connection with the Services. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traffic.Club is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
